The Waiting Game (Processing)
We know you're excited to get your hands on these, but quality takes a minute. All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
- Note: We don't ship on weekends or holidays; we're likely refueling on coffee and chaos.
- If we're hit with a massive wave of orders, we'll let you know via email if things are running a little behind.
Shipping Rates & Speed
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your loot and how far it's traveling.
- Standard Shipping: Usually arrives in 3-7 business days once it leaves my desk,
- Expedited Shipping: For when you forgot a birthday and need that card yesterday.
Tracking Your Goods
Once your order hits the mail, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please give the carrier about 24 hours to update their system before you start refreshing the page.
We currently ship to the United States Only.
The "Oops Factor (Damages)
Pingree Farmgirl is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit - that's on the carrier. However, if your order arrives looking like it went through the blender, please save the packaging and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. Feel free to shoot me an email too, and I'll see if I can help navigate the mess.
