Welcome to Pingree Farmgirl!

A little about me:

I am a mom of two amazing girls, one adorable fur baby and the founder of Pingree Farmgirl. I started Pingree Farmgirl in 2014 after my 

Dad and I built my coffee table. I found coffee table plans on Pinterest and went racing to my Dad to ask him to help me build it. A few short weeks later, my table was ready and I fell in love with woodworking! The sanding, the painting, being covered in sawdust, it was exhilerating!! I started flipping furniture and to date I've refinished over 500 pieces of furniture! When I staged my pieces to sell, I had so many people ask me where I got the vase or where I bought the sign. I decided to start making my own farmhouse decor and signs to go with my furniture! I have truly loved every moment of my journey and I wouldn't be where I am without my amazing clients!

Farmhouse Decor:

As a small business, I take pride in creating pieces that are solid wood. Like my furniture, I want the decor to be sustainable and uniquely beautiful! Real wood has beautiful knots and grain and even small imperfections that make each piece unique. I don't hide them when I paint or stain, I try to enhance them to create something really beautiful! Every peice in my house is solid wood; whether I bought it off a marketplace or picked it up off the side of the road,lol. Yes, I have been known to dumpster dive; I have found some really great pieces! My girls make fun of me, but I love the adventure!
